My names Lauren Rae Randall and I am 24. I studied at London College of Fashion where I graduated with a degree in Fashion Photography. Since university I have struggled to decide which area of photography to pursue. I interned at magazines, photography studios etc but nothing really struck my fancy. When my wonderful sister decided to get married I spent a lot of time looking through wedding magazines and helping her decide on her photographer. She chose a great snapper in the end but it made me realize how hard it is to actually find a photographer that would fit my expectations. This is what drove me to start to do it myself, exactly how I would want it done. My ideal wedding photographer (I spend a lot of time imagining my wedding day, don't judge me) would be relaxed and professional, understanding and flexible, friendly and easy to talk to and most importantly, go unnoticed on the day. I would also want my photographer to take time getting to know me and my fiance and our relationship. I would like my photographs to reflect my personality and the personality of my groom. A romantic and quirky style are important to me, not too 'crazy' but just that little touch of something different. I am also hugely attracted to vintage, I love vintage photographs and I like to give my own work an element of old.
In a nutshell what I aim to provide you with is a beautiful, bespoke collection of photographs that portray your relationship and your day perfectly. I want to capture those special moments of your day and preserve those memories forever.
There's nothing I love more than a wedding and a good set of photographs. I don't know why it's taken me so long to get this show on the road!
